Marine Corps League, Pvt. Charles J. Shutt Detachment
The members of the Marine Corps League, Pvt. Charles J. Shutt Detachment, are among
our strongest friends in the Boston area. They have provided us with outstanding
training support, including a rifle qualification event, a Memorial Day parade in Watertown,
MA, and the opportunity to remember Veterans' Day.
Navy League of the United States, Massachusetts Bay Council
The Massachusetts Bay Council sponsors nine Sea Cadet units throughout New England.
We have had several opportunities to tour visiting Navy ships, and we participated
in the commissioning of the USS SAMPSON (DDG 102) in November,
2007. The Council also provided us with a small start-up grant in late 2006.
